The User is advised not to use the services of this Website if they do not agree to these terms and conditions. The User agrees not to use services of this Website, if he is not able to form legally binding contracts, is less than 18 years of age. The User agrees to use the services provided by this Website, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only. The User agrees not to violate any laws, third party rights or our policies.

  1. Online Bookings

    The electronic confirmation receipt will be e-mailed to you. The confirmation receipt is your confirmation of appointment. You are required to print and carry this receipt to gain health facility along with any of the ID Proof (Official Government issued identification/ driving license/ election photo identification/ Passport) to the Diagnostic Centre/ Hospital. Payments for online bookings can be made through Cheque, Credit Cards and Debit Cards as specified below. Appointments of beneficiaries cannot be transferred.

  2. Modifications and Refunds

    Once an online booking is made, you will not be able to make modifications to it but can only cancel it online. Refunds through credit/debit cards will be only in accordance with credit/debit card refund procedures. Kindly refer our Refund Policy.

  3. Mode of Payment

    Payments are accepted by means of Cheque, Credit Card and Debit Card.

    Cheque: Cheque should be drawn in favor of Net Logistics Private Limited for all payments.

    Credit Card: Payment for online booking is accepted by Credit Card (MasterCard and VISA only). We accept all major Credit Cards.

    Debit Card: Payment of online booking is also accepted by Debit Card (MasterCard and VISA only).

  4. Exclusions in Online Payment Facility

    We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

    We shall not in any way be liable for any delay, disruption or defects in the Online Payment Facility. You acknowledge that you assume all the risks involved in using our Online Payment Facility and we shall not be in any way liable for any damage, loss, expense or detriment caused (directly or indirectly) by a defect in our Online Payment Facility.

  5. Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation of the health check appointment once payment is made should be done by raising a request from our website by giving the Appointment ID and refund in such case will be made to the payee after deducting an amount of Rs.300/-. However, maximum one reschedule is permitted in 30 days.

  6. Refund Policy

    Refund on payment made through Credit/ Debit Cards for the health checks will be paid to the payee after deducting an amount of Rs.300/- which will be debited from the health check fees. Please note that the refund process may take 7 working days from the date of appointment cancellation. In case of Cheque the refund amount will be sent to the recipient at the address details given by you. There would not be any refund after the test is taken.

  7. Credit Card Authentication

    Effective 1 August 2009, Reserve Bank of India has made it mandatory for all banks to implement additional verification and validation procedures in all cases of “card not present transactions”. All card holders have to register with their card issuing banks and create a Verified By Visa or MasterCard secure code password which has to be entered whilst making online payment.

  8. Security

    Health Point will take all reasonable measures to ensure that information you transmit to Health Point using Health Point On-Line will remain confidential and protected from unauthorized access but Health Point does not warrant against unauthorized access and will not be liable for any unauthorized access by any means to that information.

    Your Credit Card details are transmitted directly to the payment gateway provider and Health Point does not see any of its information at any time.

  9. Modification of Terms

    Health Point reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice or liability. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Use of Health Point On-Line following any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

  10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    Your use of this facility and any dispute arising out of such use of the facility will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the Court at Bangalore.

  11. Privacy Policy
    1. Information collection and use

      We require you to provide us with certain information about yourself when you use the Online Payment Facility to make payments. This information may include your name, credit card number, patient’s details if applicable, and certain personal particulars. We use this information to ensure that the bill payment process is carried out accurately and efficiently.

      If you do not wish to provide us with the required information, we regret to inform you that you will not be able to make further use of the Online Payment Facility to make your payment.

      You agree to ensure that any information provided by you shall be complete and accurate. You shall not at any time provide us with information which is false, inaccurate, misleading, obsolete or deceptive.

      If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have not provided us with accurate information, we may choose not to proceed with the processing of your payment.

    2. Security

      Health Point will take all reasonable measures to ensure that information you transmit to Health Point using Health Point On-Line will remain confidential and protected from unauthorized access but Health Point does not warrant against unauthorized access and will not be liable for any unauthorized access by any means to that information.

      Health Point will take appropriate steps to protect the personal information you share with us. We have implemented technology and security features to safeguard the privacy of your personal information.

      You are responsible for keeping the computer you are making the payment from free from viruses and malicious programs, and maintaining all appropriate security measures. You acknowledge that your failure to do so may lead to, amongst other things, the interception of data by unauthorized parties. We shall have no liability to you whatsoever if you suffer any loss that is caused wholly or in part by your failure to keep secure the computer you are making a payment from.

      Fraudulent behavior of cards will be punishable by heavy fines. The ID and address of your computer and your ISP provider shall be determined, and recorded as a safeguard against such fraudulent behavior.

    3. Notification of changes

      If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our web site so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
